In the event of an error in online fee payment, such as:

A) If a payment is debited during an online payment and the internet is down due to an external server failure or similar incident.

B) The system fails to generate the required acknowledgement due to an internet failure.

C) A payment is debited twice due to a server error.

In such cases, if the customer receives information from their respective bank regarding the authenticity of the transaction, Redmantra will either provide notes or refund the amount after a thorough investigation.

Redmantra accept no responsibility for the rejection or return of payments, which are solely a matter between the user of the service and the card provider.

We accept no responsibility for any monetary or other damages related to the use of the payment gateway, such as delays, failures, interruptions, etc.

Under no circumstances will we be responsible for any interruptions or errors in the operation of the payment gateway.

If we update our website in a way we believe you should be aware of, we may notify you via email, phone call, or message. Email alerts are typically due to new features on the website, or major improvements to our products and offerings.

Redmantra will not be responsible for any damages, losses, costs (including legal costs), expenses, indirect losses, or consequential damages arising from the use of this service.
